COMMON QUESTIONS
Which package is right for me?
If you just want people to find you and call, Showcase is enough. If you often change prices, menus, offers or bookings, you need Back Office. If you sell products online, you need Store. We work it out together on the intro call.
What exactly is an AI agent?
Think of a much smarter chatbot. It’s software that reads messages and replies the way a good receptionist would. It books appointments and sends information and reminders. It only does what you allow and passes everything else to you.
Will it answer anything it’s asked?
No. It answers only from the information you give it, and only on topics you allow. Sensitive matters, like medical or legal questions, go to you.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. I handle the setup and show you the few things worth knowing. For changes, you just send me a message.
Do you only work in Katerini?
I’m based in Katerini, but I work with businesses in Thessaloniki, Larissa, Veria, Kozani and across Greece. The intro call can be a video call.
What about personal data?
Before we set anything up, I explain where messages are stored, who can see them and what the assistant has access to. We decide together what it’s allowed to do.
Why do prices say “from”?
Every business needs something slightly different. The “from” price is the basic package, excluding VAT. After the intro call you get a fixed price in writing.
