COMMON QUESTIONS

Will customers know they’re talking to AI?

Yes, and I recommend they do. The assistant introduces itself as the business’s digital assistant. People take to it easily because they get an answer straight away.

What if it gets something wrong?

It only answers from the information we give it, and when it isn’t sure it says it will pass the question on. In the first few weeks we review conversations together and correct it.

Do I need special software?

Usually not. It works with the channels you already use and with calendars like Google Calendar.
